Ying holds a Master’s degree in Management. He is an AACTP International Registered Action Learning Facilitator (ICF). He founded an educational consulting company focused on academic and education pathway planning for middle and high school students, providing strategic consulting for major selection and career planning. He also operates a smart elderly care technology company, aimed at skill training for seniors to re-enter the marketplace. He organizes fellowship and discipleship among seniors, to supporting their holistic health and life fulfillment, so their lives are testaments to their faith.
