MM-6 Marketplace Mentoring (module)

Note 1. This module is an elective for the Marketplace Transformation Certificate.

Purpose:

In this module, we will explore together the meaning and practice of mentoring. This is an interactive learning cohort with a practicum. Each member will engage in a minimum of four times of mentoring activities and share the experience with the instructor and with the cohort where appropriate.  As Marketplace Mentoring focuses on the issues and challenges in the workplace and marketplace, it is highly recommended that participants should complete MM-1 Marketplace Theology or MM-12 Theology of Work before attending this module. This module is designed to follow MM-4 Taking Your Soul To Work through the practice of mentoring, so that mentor and mentee can explore spirituality and meaning in the marketplace and build practices to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit while defending against the nine deadly sins of the workplace.
