IMT Fellows

Li So Han serves as a Preacher (Minister) at the Church of Christ in China Wanchai Church while also being a registered Tour Guide, Mountain Craft Assistant Coach, a SQUID Life 3-Dimensional Narrative Practitioner, Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), a GPFP life coach, and a guest spiritual guidance at the Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre LIFE ministry.

She is passionate about fulfilling her mission, helping people achieve holistic life growth, developing interests, unleashing their potential, discovering the traces of the Lord in everyday life, and guiding people with various kinds of wisdom to encounter God, connect with God, and walk with God.

Thoughts/Reflection

Through the seminars and fellowship at IMT, the critical thinking on workplace culture, how pastoral ministry can better connect with believers in the workplace, and the theological resources for walking alongside believers have all helped me re-examine the mission of my workplace. It has empowered me to dialogue with working people and help them connect with God.

I am so happy that I can apply what I’ve learned at IMT to the workplace I am in. Through the integration of workplace theology and various skills, I can co-create with God and walk alongside workplace people in my pastoral ministry, living out the meaning and hope in the pastoral field of the workplace.
